run RFOM to the first mission Then press start and save>quit highlight the Yes option. Take out RFOM Put in your game Press PS3 button on controller the click on the disk and click yes your game should load up a there you go bypassed!
NOTE: must delete the RFOM patch.

Yes this is how i bypassed and got 3rd person cage match back from the dead... lol
